For suspected defects in newly purchased items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Approved claims will receive an e-Gift Card for the full replacement value or a replacement product.

Our warranty excludes damage from improper use, chewing, biting, cleaning, alterations, normal wear and tear, and environmental factors.

Each product is handmade and may have slight variations. Colours may differ from photos, as all screens and monitors display hues slightly differently.
