We put our products heavily to the test prior to making them available for purchase. If you encounter any issues with your items, don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

For suspected defects in newly purchased items, please notify us within 24h of delivery. Approved claims will receive an e-Gift Card for the full replacement value or a replacement product.

Please note, our warranty excludes damage from improper use, chewing, biting, cleaning, alterations, normal wear and tear, and environmental factors.

This includes but is not limited to the misuse of our products, defects or failure in the manufacturing process or in materials, or accidents that occur while using our products. The buyer agrees to accept all responsibility by purchasing and/or using our products. Please supervise your dog while using our products to ensure proper use.
